After starting oral menoxydil for hair loss, which was working too well, I had some unwanted side effects, namely facial hair, so decided to get laser and I feel so lucky for finding Shelby and Gleam! Only had 2 treatments so far, but already it is the first time I've been feeling like myself in a while and didn't hate the mirror! 🤯 So again, THANK YOU! 💗

Great laser hair removal for transition- I was new to laser hair removal and after searching online and calling several spas in the Denver, CO area, I decided to try out Gleam Med Spa. I came in wanting laser hair removal on my facial hair and front of neck hair. This is important to me as I am transgender and want to present more feminine. Sammi was my specialist and she is amazing! She talked me through the science behind the treatment, was transparent with the pricing (competitive, reasonable rates from what I have seen online). She made me feel secure and comfortable with my decision. The laser did sting (as expected), but I am thankful that Sammi was my specialist as her personable and charming attitude made the process that much easier. I am a wimp when it comes to pain and this was no different. The promotion they gave me as a first timer was fantastic. I learned this is an independent spa which explains how thoughtful the entire staff was. For somebody transitioning, I was made to feel extremely welcome here and would recommend it to anybody looking to get hair removed.

Shelby is the new best friend you and your skin don’t know you need. She’s friendly, professional, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. She explains the options in a way that’s easy to understand, answers all your questions, and helps you figure out the right treatment instead of making you feel like you’re being sold something. On top of that, Shelby is just a genuinely cool person. She’s easy to talk to and makes every appointment comfortable. I can’t recommend Shelby enough.

I’ve been seeing Sammi for a little over a year now, and I feel completely confident in her hands. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to skincare and takes the time to understand your specific needs and concerns. I trust her recommendations and appreciate how she tailors my skincare routine based on what my skin actually needs. Seeing her consistently each month has allowed me to really get to know Sammi, and she is such a caring and understanding person. She’s not only an amazing aesthetician, but also a great listener if you ever need someone to talk to through life’s ups and downs. I truly appreciate all of the care and support she provides and wish Sammi continued success, happiness, and lots of business!

I cannot recommend my laser specialist, Peyton, enough! She is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and somehow makes every session genuinely enjoyable..which says a lot for laser treatments! She takes the time to explain everything, checks in throughout the appointment, and truly cares about her clients’ experience and results. I always leave feeling taken care of and confident I’m in the best hands. Highly recommend to anyone considering laser treatments!
