Is it free for patients?

Yes, always. You never pay MedSpa Match anything. You pay the clinic directly when you book and receive your treatment.

How does it work?

Describe your usual treatment, pick a category and enter your ZIP. Verified MedSpas within 15 miles submit all-in quotes for 48 hours. Compare them by price, rating or distance, pick your favorite, and book in the clinic's own online scheduler.

What does "all-in" mean?

The quoted price includes the consultation, product and injection fees — the number you see is the number you pay at the clinic. Clinics must confirm all-in pricing on every quote they submit.

How long do I have to choose?

Bidding is open for exactly 48 hours. After that you have a 5-day grace period to select a quote — 7 days in total before the request expires.

What if nobody bids?

If 12 hours pass with no quotes, you can expand your search to 30 miles with one tap. If the full 48 hours pass with no quotes, the request moves to "unfulfilled" and you can reopen it with the wider radius.

Do you book my appointment?

No — and that's deliberate. MedSpa Match is a marketplace, not a scheduler. When you select a quote, we open the clinic's own booking page (Boulevard, Vagaro, Aesthetic Record, Zenoti or similar) in a new tab so you pick the exact time that suits you.

Why do you ask which review influenced me?

When you select a quote, we ask which verified review most shaped your decision. This keeps reviews honest, rewards clinics with genuinely happy patients, and helps future patients choose with confidence.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes. Any open request can be cancelled from its page at any time before you select a quote.

Who sees my contact details?

Only the clinic whose quote you select. Bidding clinics see your treatment request and general area, never your name, email or phone number.

How do I start bidding?

Create a practice account, set up your clinic profile with injectors, reviews and your booking link, then submit verification documents (medical director license, injector credentials, proof of insurance). Once approved, nearby patient requests appear in your portal.

What must a quote include?

An all-in price, the injector who would perform the treatment, your HTTPS booking link, and the all-in pricing confirmation. A per-unit rate and consultation note are optional but improve conversion.

Does MedSpa Match take a cut of my revenue?

MedSpa Match is a lead-generation service. Patients book and pay through your own scheduler — we never touch the transaction.

How do I know my marketing is working?

Your clinic dashboard shows booking-link clicks, confirmed bookings, conversion rate, attributed revenue and which treatments patients chose — plus which reviews are driving your wins.
