Terms of Service

1. What MedSpa Match is

MedSpa Match is a lead-generation marketplace. Patients post a request for their usual aesthetic treatment, and independent, verified MedSpas compete by submitting transparent, all-in quotes. MedSpa Match is not a medical provider, does not employ injectors, does not schedule appointments, and does not process, hold or transmit payments of any kind.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on MedSpa Match is medical advice. Treatment decisions are made solely between you and the clinic you choose. Always consult a qualified, licensed medical professional before any aesthetic treatment.

3. Patient accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, including your treatment description and ZIP code, and to use the service only for genuine treatment requests. One request may be open per treatment at a time. You may cancel an open request at any time from its page.

4. Clinic accounts and verification

Clinics must complete verification — including medical director licensure, injector credentials and proof of insurance — before bidding on patient requests. Clinics agree that:

· Every quoted price is all-in: it includes consultation, product and injection fees, with no surprise add-ons at the front desk.
· Submitted licenses, insurance documents and reviews are genuine and current.
· Quotes are honored for the patient who selects them.
· Booking links point to the clinic's own legitimate online scheduler.

We may suspend or remove clinics that misrepresent credentials, bait-and-switch pricing, or otherwise abuse the marketplace.

5. Booking and payment happen with the clinic

When you select a quote, we open the clinic's own scheduling page in a new tab. Your appointment, its terms, cancellation policy and all payment are exclusively between you and the clinic. MedSpa Match is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the clinic's availability, services or refund policies.

6. Reviews and review attribution

Reviews shown on MedSpa Match come from verified patients and, where clinics submit them, from third-party sources such as Google and RealSelf. Clinic-submitted reviews are held for moderation before publication. When you select a quote, we ask which review most influenced your decision; this attribution is used to improve marketplace quality and analytics.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service, submit false requests or quotes, impersonate another person or clinic, interfere with other users, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The MedSpa Match name, logo, design and software are our property. Clinic profiles, reviews and content submitted by users remain theirs, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedSpa Match is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including those arising from treatments, appointments, pricing disputes or clinic conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Changes and contact
